Make factories configurable.
FactoryFit Studio is an early interface for exploring production systems like a design space, not a static report. Set the goal. Generate the options. See the trade-offs move.
> production_goal = 95 JPH
> generate(feasible_systems)
> compare(bottleneck, margin, risk)
> decide_next_move()
Compress weeks of concept evaluation into a decision loop.
FactoryFit Studio turns production concepts into something you can move, compare and challenge. The goal is simple: make the best system option easier to find before money, equipment and time are committed.
The interface should quickly show what is feasible, what is risky, and what decision moves the system forward.
Start with JPH and capacity margin. Expand from there into the variables that shape the system.
Build the interface first. Then train the intelligence behind it.
This prototype is intentionally focused. The point is to validate the interaction model: can production decisions become visual, fast and explorable?
The next layer is data. Generate customer-specific experiments, train predictive models, and let the interface move from guided exploration to decision intelligence.
From prototype to industrial operating layer.
Make the decision visible: target, system options, bottleneck, risk and best next move.
